How to use

Method for 1 Cake or 12 Cupcakes:

  1. Preheat fan forced oven to 160 degrees Celcius and oil or line an 8" tin or 12 cupcake moulds with baking cups.
  2. Add all the wet ingredients first and then add the cake mix last.
  3. Mix for approximately 3 minutes on high speed or with a whisk until the mixture is sooth and light.
  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix again until no lumps remain about 3 minutes.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake a cake for 30-40 minutes or 14 minutes for cupcakes, or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
