Cake Craft CMC Tylose Powder 60g

CMC is often used as a fondant stabiliser to dry more quickly. CMC also helps products to retain moisture.

Can also be used to make edible glue! Just mis 1/4 tsp CMC with 2 tbsp warm water & mix thoroughly. Refrigerate in a sealed container overnight.
